Fair Oaks Creek Apartments

I am so crushed to see these reviews and I was terrified when I saw what the property had become because when I was first married we all lived there! We must have had friends in 5 apartments there. We played tennis all the time on the courts. We swam in the pools and enjoyed the jacuzzi and the fountains. I did my first young adult community service project teaching children how to swim in that pool! That was a perfect.y respectable, safe, fun apartment complex easily up until the late 80’s. I wonder what happened? Why did it get so deteriorated and need to have walls around it and a fence? We never had any incidences there in the many years I returned to visit. It was always such a lovely place. I wish I had the money to buy it and restore the property to it’s glory! Saying a prayer for

I lived here and loved it. If you follow simple rules that any good property has, mind ur business and pay your rent U won’t have a problem here. It is Dallas and all around Dallas has its share of problems and this area does too however the property it self is better than most in the area. The Manager and staff goes out of there way to be helpful.

Management is unprofessional and childish (liars) ! These apartments are bed bug, roach infested with old appliances that do not work half the time. My apartment bathroom always smelt like raw sewage and I found mold . .The rent is cheap for a reason and you get what you pay for (Ethiopians deserve to live in better conditions) This is not the American Dream! Wish I could give no stars

Fair0 creeks Apartment, have been a great experience for me and my husband. The neighbors was pleasant , and the staff were great. Mrs Elizabeth goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied . Thank you for all you do.

These apartments are a joke ran by "Man And Miller" i have been given the run around so many times when trying to collect my deposit back. I have it on paper and signed that i would receive it back 8 months later and still nothing, now i will be requesting 3x the amount for failing to return the deposit within 30 days. If it was up to me they would not even get one star.
