All around horrible experience. Nonstop water leaks, repeat work orders, and then they’ll try to keep your security deposit for painting because you lived there under 2 years. Not to mention I had to call 911 multiple times for fires and neighbors getting arrested. Apartments are spacious, but be careful. They are not worth the money in my opinion.

I can't say enough about my new place. I love the old building with all it's charm. It's located on a busy street, but I don't hear anything from inside. The building is maintained nicely and communication with the main office is great. The only thing I didn't like was the lengthy process from all the paperwork to how much they needed to move in. But since then I have nothing but nice things to say. Ashley has been so helpful each and EVERY time I call.

This is a good company. The staff is nice. The neighbors I meet all seem nice. I feel that F&W takes care of their properties and handle things in a reasonable amount of time. Usually quick.

My experience at F&W Propeties has been great! The management has been friendly and accessible through e-mail appointments. My maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely manner. I plan to stay awhile.

If you ever have an emergency that involves having to move, they will bleed you dry, you absolutely will not get your deposit back and no matter how spotless you leave the apartment there's a good chance they're going to leave you with a $4000 bill, do not expect them to answer the phone or reply to emails either.
