Ezell Properties

I've been renting from Ezell Properties for about 2 years now. (Commercial Property). I am on an 5 year lease and couldn't be happier. The owner , the staff and the property have been great and I wouldn't hesitate to expand to a second location through Ezell if given the opportunity. Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with Ezell Properties since 2003 and I can say only good things about the Owner and the staff. These folks are so very professional, caring and dependable. I receive excellent customer service each time I contact them or have an issue. Everyone is super friendly, super caring, always patient and understanding!

Rent is reasonable. Application price affordable (they work with you be honest). Had first maintenance issue called after hours, owner showed up next day, owner wasn't able to fix the problem, HVAC came out left to get part all in the same day. Love the lease to purchase options!

They have a rental property with dead trees. The tree fell in my yard five days ago. Covering the side of my home, ripped off the siding and is on top of my fuel tank. I can't get to it to check for leaks are damage. Ezell's properties said that they would be out. Never came. Then when I called back. they had an attitude me. Wy aunt is sick from the polls flies and insects coming from this tree. Covering my driveway too. I called news 7 come out, the better business bureau and im looking into getting an attorney

Mr Ezell and staff at the Spartanburg location are very the best landlord anyone can ask for. Currently my family and I have rented from them for 4 yrs.
