We had an amazing experience using Steve as our realtor. He has a unique business model where he rebates half of his commission to you at closing. In exchange, he doesn't hold your hand as much during the house hunting process. This was a great fit for us because we were happy to look on Zillow ourselves and had a good idea of what we wanted in a house. We interviewed two other realtors who were very friendly and would have been more involved in sending us listings, but at the end of the day going with them would have cost us almost $10k more than Steve and we just couldn't justify that instead of putting that money towards the price of our home! I just purchased my second home with Steve and the experience was just as good as I remembered! The rebate model is HUGE for people like me who obsessively check Zillow and Redfin. My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted so didn't need a realtor finding properties for us. But when it counted and we got to the contracts and paperwork and negotiations, Steve was such a great partner. We are so happy with our new home and very happy with the rebate model!
