I usually don’t write or read reviews about leasing tour experiences. However, I feel compelled to share about my wonderful experience with the management team at Expo Park, Cassidy / Josh / Hannah. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and kindness throughout my leasing process. I toured the property (multiple units, multiple times) with them over several weeks and had great experiences each time. They were courteous and accommodating. I also chatted with a few current residents who all spoke highly of their experiences living here. It is clear that the team prioritizes resident comfort, safety, and fostering a community feel. Got to be the best place to live in Dallas. The management team, Josh, Hannah and Cassidy are absolute gems. Properties are very well maintained. Good restaurants and bars around the corner. Each apartment is unique. Vibes are impeccable.

The management team and maintenance crew here are top notch. Cassidy, Hannah, and Josh do a great job of providing solutions with a smile and the maintenance crew does incredible work behind the scenes. I truly feel like a valued tenant...highly recommend!

I've lived here for almost 3 years now and it's a wonderful place to live. Garage parking, swimming pool, laundry facilities, great neighbors, and great staff. I've rarely needed repairs but when I do the maintenance guy (He's really nice) is here usually the same day. Josh is the guy you want to talk to if you want to take a tour. He is a wonderful guy and is very good at what he does. He's one of the reasons I chose this place. The prices are great and the location is amazing.

My husband and I lived here for about 1 year. We really enjoyed our stay. Only moved away to be closer to family for childcare purposes. Josh was always available and provided great service as needed. The maintenance team responded speedy to request. I loved how close were to downtown, DART, fair park, bike trails, White Rock Lake, etc. Overall good place to live for singles and young married couples.
