Expert Property Management

I must say this place is quick in responding back to you. I was in need of a place and when I found Expert Management advertising an affordable room for rent I had to jump on it. I emailed the property manager hoping to at least get a response from them. And BAM not even 12 hours later they responded and the process was quick n professional. Its clean, respectfully quiet n a walking distance to work makes it awesome. Thank u Expert Property Management.

I just signed a lease here and the whole process was smooth and easy. John was the one who helped me and he made everything simple to understand. He was quick to respond to any questions I had. I’m looking forward to my future here!! Highly recommend

As a property owner, 30 lot mobile park, John the owner of Expert has been killing it for me, You really need to address issues and get cash flowing and John is right on it, very hard for managers to be this responsive with all of their other clients. I expected better from John/Expert PM than the last Mgt company, but not this much better!

First time renting with John and Expert Property Management, and I already love how they handle everything! The tenant app they use is easy and pretty straightforward and when we have a question we get a response in a timely manner. We didn't have to wait till the 1st of the month to move in and we knew the next day after applying that we were accepted! The property is well taken care of and spacious! We also have pets and they are very accommodating to them!

Apartment is well maintained with a nice yard that is taken care of by management. Very Spacious, pet friendly unit at a reasonable price. Response to questions are almost immediate. I’m very pleased with our new apartment!
