Wow, awful service. The guy in the office didn't even open the door for us. he just said he had nothing for us behind the door me and my friend and I felt some discrimination vibe coming out from him

If I could rate with a negative number, I would. I have only seen one worker here here. His name is Nilo, and he clearly does not care for anything other than cashing a check. Extremely poor bedside manner, and even worse work ethic. I made the mistake of enlisting his services because his office is around the block from the apartment I wanted to rent. Long story short, he stuck me with 2 ladies that had nothing but lies in their file and paid their rent in time for a total of 3 months. Turns out he never conducted a background check, never requested confirmation of income or savings, and never obtained ANY information whatsoever, and the so called guarantor they had, if needed. His response when asked, was that we wanted someone in the apartment. So to him that meant there was no due dil

Nilo and Clara worked tirelessly and patiently to find a buyer for my apartment. The communication was constant between us, even when we where out of state. All the paperwork was handled efficiently and properly. The closing went well, to everyone's satisfaction. I highly recommended these real estate professionals.

Call this office a week ago,left my information,still waiting for a call back,notice the person in the other side, her 1st language wasn't English,maybe she misunderstood my #.

I just left this place. Front door guy, very rude. Im not coming back
