I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with this realtor company. They were the listing agent for the property we recently purchased. Garret Hoag was the listing agent. Before closing, we were told that a roof leak would be repaired and taken care of. They assured us it was fixed — but barely a month after closing, the exact same area started leaking again. To make matters worse, the roofer they work with, Robert, did a completely inadequate job. It’s clear that the “repair” was just a quick patch to get the sale closed, not a real solution. Now we’re stuck dealing with the same issue we were promised was resolved. This kind of dishonesty and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. If you’re considering working with this company, do not trust their promises

Kaila Lindsey ethics to be investigated with her real estate transactions. We recently had the misfortune of dealing with Kaila when her buyers made an offer on our home. Not only is she disorganized and incompetent as a realtor, she is highly unethical and committed fraud. When our buyers had an inspection done of our home, their inspector never set foot on our roof nor did he take drone video (my husband was home and watched him the entire time). His report came back stating that we had several nail pops and that we had limbs hanging on our roof. Kaila’s buyers demanded a new roof with Kaila reporting that her buyers were unable to buy home owners insurance with the roof as is. We contacted Guy roofing to get an estimate. A Exp realtor disclosed client information while selling my home and before a deal with the buyer had been secured raising serious ethical and legal concerns. When brought to management's attention they showed no concern and stood behind their agents unethical behavior. After costing me money on the deal their agents response was "our relationship ended after you signed during closing." Selling or buying a home is stressful enough especially when this agencies concern and focus is on how much money they net versus customer satisfaction
