Kristi Clark truly went above and beyond for my parents. When everyone else wouldn’t even consider helping them, Kristi stepped in and made it happen. From start to finish, the process was smooth, clear, and honestly amazing. Even when unexpected complications came up, she handled everything effortlessly and resolved it without a single issue. Her dedication, knowledge, and commitment to her clients are unmatched. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone now or in the future who’s looking for a home. Best in the business, hands down.

Realty agents who aren’t professional, not only in their work life but on the road, should be held accountable. Not a good look when you flick drivers off for your own driving mistakes. You’re not only representing yourself but you are representing your company (that you have plastered on the side of your car). Won’t be using eXp Realty anytime soon due to their careless agents.

Jessica Young is a very rude/bad driver. Cannot read simple road signs and uses offensive hand gestures. Would not recommend this place.

I came to write a review of our experience with Hank Williams (now with eXp Realty, formerly at Keller Williams). I no longer live in the Atlanta metro area, but my 82 year old mother did at the time. We wanted to sell her home and have her move out of state to be closer to us. My mother interviewed several real estate agents and chose Hank Williams because she felt she could trust him: he was professional, patient, and he listened. She was spot on in her choice. I worked closely with Hank from out of state to ensure we could get the best price for my mother in a volatile market, and to make sure she got to closing before the end of summer. Our experience as 1st time home owners was disappointing with the eXp Realty realtor. As a 1st time home owner, we were expecting to be guided to home ownership and be given the white glove treatment- or something remotely close. We worked with realtor, Waketa Golightly and believe she could have done much better with educating and guiding us through the home buying process. We were disappointed with a couple of things with this realtor. At the time of closing, our realtor was not there during signing. Never the less we were excited to obtain our 1st home so we moved on as expected. No more than a month later, we experienced a clog in the pipes and had to pay for a plumber out of pocket to fix the piping issue. Again our realtor was no where to be found to let us know what we needed
