To anyone looking for a home or planning to look for a home in the future: My wife and I just purchased a home with Megan Augusta from Exit Reward Realty. We could not be happier with our purchase. Megan came strongly suggested to us from a friend. Our friend and several of her family members used her as well and were all fully satisfied with her services. Megan is extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She is very pleasant but has no issue fighting for her clients. Admittedly, my wife and I were not easy to deal with. We had some trouble being indecisive at points in the process and cancelled a few last-minute showings. Megan was understanding and polite at every turn. When I first met Donna Ward about listing my property for sale, I asked if she could lower the fee I had to pay for her services as I found it a bit high for selling my home. Stated it was negotiable but we would talk about it more later. Took pictures of my home and did no further leg work as I showed the property to all perspective buyers and she did not show up for the showings. When I found someone interested, I brought up lowering the fee as I had done a good portion of the leg work myself. She told me she wouldn't lower her fee as it was too late at that point to negotiate. Felt swindled with her "matter of fact" attitude. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING IF YOU PLAN ON WORKING WITH HER AND EXIT REALTY!

I was left with the task of settling my brothers estate, a very painful situation all around. Donna was very professional, excellent in communiucation and explaining what did and didn't need to be done. She went way above and beyond, taking care of some of the details we should of done, she did herself! Can't recommend highly enough.
