They make verbal promises that they dont keep regarding upkeep of property. Bait and switch regarding storage/basement of rental house. Utilities are MUCH higher than they say. After one year they jack the price up so not good for long term. I know times have changed and we live in harsh times now but this is the worst rental experience I've ever had. I hated living there. It was like being drained. No small town vibe. Their whole attitude is like that of a userer. News flash; you can make money and not be a parasite. Renting from a management company is nothing but grief. If the landlords are too lazy to put in the work like people used to do, then they shouldn't be landlords. Each one of us makes decisions everyday that make this world better or worse.

Awful experience. They cost me more money & made everything complicated. The story kept changing so I didn't know what was going on. They don't keep their word and I don't think they ever meant to. Bad business.
