Relentless, lazy, and completely impersonal. Todd Johnson has spammed me with countless unsolicited text messages using AI bots and rotating phone numbers—making it nearly impossible to block him. He doesn’t call, doesn’t introduce himself like a professional, and makes no effort to establish a real connection. Just automated junk. This isn't salesmanship—it's digital harassment. He’s clearly paying for a bulk messaging service to carpet-bomb people he’s never met, and it gives small realtors and the entire industry a bad reputation. If you're hoping to work with someone who genuinely cares about your goals and your property, do not use this agent.
