Our son is in the process of selling his home in Merced. The new buyers were using Exit and the consultant is Clarissa Azevedo . My husband and I were at the paperwork signing last Saturday . We found Clarissa to be very professional, knowledgable and personable. We have sold many homes and we rank her at the top of the list for realtors. If you are looking for a great realtor who takes care of business and is good at her job you might want to give her a call. By the way...our son sold his house to the first people that walked in the door.
