Well, the wife n I have never used there services for a house. But... the owner does do this awesome RAKA event every year. For the last 10 years! Our friend from church works there, and asked a few of us to join them in this amazing day. It was really awesome to help n bless others . Random acts kindness alliance.

Worst experience with this shady company. I would strongly avoid renting through this agency. We rented a property through this company for the past 4 years. Just after my wife gave birth to our daughter they served us with a “no fault” eviction. Sonya (our agent) said the owner is going through a divorce and will need to occupy the house. This left us with 60 days to scramble to find a new house in the middle of caring for our newborn. (All of this took place after we already moved out for 2 months while they repaired and refurbished part of the home). Fortunately, we found a new home, but the move in date wasn’t until after the eviction date. After pleading with the agency and landlord to extend our move out date- we even offered to pay $1000 more a month for the extra time, they refused

Unprofessional. The agents here will lie to clients and steal listings. Do not trust or do business with them. They scam their buyers and clients in order to double end deals and cut other agents out. Prospective client I was working with was going to be listing his home. I had assisted him in getting the home ready to sell. He was buying another property out of state from an agent that worked with Exit Realty. The agent he was purchasing the home from told him that he needed to list his house with another agent from Exit Realty instead of me. I spoke with the broker who did nothing to resolve the issue. They have done this to multiple other agents as well. Avoid at all costs.

We have just closed on our first home with Exit! Shawn and her team are professional, efficient, friendly, and excellent at what they do. My agent, Noah got us the perfect home and our offer approved in today’s crazy market! Never though that would happen. I wouldn’t recommend buying or selling anywhere else!

Joseph Kavert sold my parents house quickly( a week ) and with the utmost of care! He walked us through the difficult process of escrow with family members of the trust scattered all over the country. I highly recommend him!
