Stay away!!! if there were negative #s I'd use them. They did not do anything to manage the house & further so badly managed this house (they know only the homeowner is libel) the homeowner was put in legal trouble because of their mismanagement. If you want to hear: I have no time, family member sick, or yes but actually do nothing... They do nothing to manage your house. They make excuses (there were zero smoke detectors in the house), they DO NOT EVER ENTER OR REVIEW your house (never!), & in my case when I asked them to end the lease, conspired against the owner with the tenants. They are unprofessional, unresponsive & unremorseful. They do not do their job, further they get homeowners in trouble! STAY AWAY!!!

JD and his team were extremely great while being the property managers of the rental we lived in. Not only were they timely with responses to questions and issues, they were compassionate and understanding when our family had emergencies. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Despite DC laws, the property management and landlord tried to push my limits multiple times. First, they gave me an absolutely filthy apartment at move in. Despite multiple requests, they did nothing to clean the apartment (there was disgusting black mold and mildew all over the bathtub and sink) but asked me to break the lease by giving them one month’s rent instead. This was on the day of my official move in! Next, the apartment had sewage leake problems and insects (in addition to a funky, moldy odor from the AC vent and orange water flowing from the shower) that the property management failed to fix. When I had to move out one month after moving in because of an unforeseen situation, they tried to push me into doing a sublet so they could keep my deposit. This was after multiple reque

I have been doing business with Executive Housing Consultants for over twenty years and I highly recommend this company. The leasing agents have been well informed, professional and knowledgeable of the neighborhoods. The property managers have been extremely proactive and responsive in order to enable a satisfying relationship between the tenant and the homeowner. When I am out of town I have complete confidence that all property maintenance issues will be addressed with the same level of care that I would use. In my opinion , as you search for a company to safely and competently manage your home, you can be assured that Executive Housing is being responsible in protecting your property. Arlington homeowner
