Executive House Apartments

I’ve been living in this building for 10 days. The leasing office’s accountability and responsiveness to tenants is very low. Last week, I requested a simple call box setup, but it still hasn’t been done. Also, despite requesting pest control due to roaches last week, I’m not sure if it was actually done as the number of roaches has increased. If the roach issue is resolved and the leasing office responds more promptly, I wouldn’t have any other issues with this building.

Apartment is fine but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with management. Ive been waiting for 2 months for a response regarding a package that was stolen. I suspect that I will get an automated reply from them regarding this review faster than I will get a reply about my stolen package. I also had a new URGENT work order from this past week that no one has responded to. Update: No one ever responded to my work order then I called the Lakewood office and apparently someone lied and stated that they did speak to me and give me advice.

I recently moved and my experience was very smooth, thanks to Josh and his guidance. The apartment is clean and I’ve not had any issues so far. I hope things go well in the future too.

Made some amazing memories here, but I'll be honest. Black mold is growing in the windows, central air conditioning is constantly broke (Like now, it's currently 80 degrees in my apartment as I'm writing this), elevator has problems, and sketchy situations from time to time. With the lower price tag, you're going to get lower quality, simple as that.

This is the 3rd year in a row that the air conditioning works about 30% of the time in the summer. They have absolutely no sense of urgency in fixing it. It can be 90° outside and if the air breaks on a Fri afternoon they won't even bother trying to fix it until Mon (apparently they can't afford overtime). Second, the elevator works less often than the air conditioning. All ready packing.
