I moved into this complex this weekend from Gainesville. Ive dealt with Jackson and Raven. The main reason I chose this complex is because it was one of two that I saw in town that had all of the amenities I desired that had no bad reviews. There were no complaints about roaches, mold, car break ins, or inattentive maintenance. Plus they were offering up to 6 weeks free rent. It was really a no brainer. Jackson gave a great tour and honestly after meeting with him I was sold. A staff member with a great attitude and personality is always a plus. I had a few issues at move in but Jackson and Raven made those issues go away quickly The only things I dont like are being on the 3rd floor (im 43 and these knees suck, lol) and I prefer hardwood floors to the carpet I had. I rarely leave reviews, but after dealing with the deceptive practices at this apartment complex, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid a similar fate. When I first signed my lease, I was promised one month free rent, clearly stated in the leasing agreement. However, upon moving in and attempting to clarify this benefit with the leasing office, I was met with nothing but frustration and deceit. The leasing agents and property manager refused to honor the offer, claiming that it "wasn't valid" despite it being explicitly mentioned in my contract. What makes it worse is that the way the lease was worded made the promise of free rent sound more like a "subliminal suggestion," leaving room for them to conveniently deny it later. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The property itself is incredibly clean, quiet, and well maintained. Everything is upfront—there are no hidden costs or surprise fees, which is a huge relief. The leasing office honored their move-in special exactly as advertised and handled my application quickly and efficiently. The location is also a major bonus. 10/10 Experience here at Exchange! My family and I shifted to Tallahassee about 3 months ago. Although we are foreign to this area, the management team at The Exchange at Blairstone are amazing! Kudos to Jackson, Mia and Megan for the administrative processes! Shoutout to Frankie and his team for the great servicing and maintenance support to the residents!
