I wish I could give 0 stars. This association has been the worst experience I have ever had. For the past two months, my AC has repeatedly failed, and every time I try to schedule repairs, I am forced to wait days just to get roof access for the technicians. Even the AC techs feel bad for us because of the constant delays and the lack of cooperation from management. Today, I spoke with an extremely rude representative who seemed annoyed that I was frustrated about having no AC for three days. Last month, the association told us we could “cut the lock off” to provide access. This month, they told us to go to another tenant’s potted plant and retrieve the roof key from underneath it. It offers abandonment please stay away from rude unprofessional staff and Unprofessional conduct . This company mistreats owners and they feel they are above accountability. Save yourself from headaches and don't do business with this company. This is the worst property management company.

The first chance you get sue these people very unprofessional takes days to get a response from them . They don’t even take care of there property’s and all there doing is trying to get money out of you.

I RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WHO IS RENTING OR BUYING AND HAS TO DEAL WITH THIS OFFICE DO NOT DO IT, I have worked with many management companies before, but this has been the WORST, they have no ethics whatsoever, super rude and a terrible character, I do not understand how it is possible that there are such low people working in a company like this. I was reading the reviews before writing mine and I realized that these offices have always been the same, I do not understand what kind of elements are the main ones here that do not pay attention to the complaints of the clients,

By far the rudest and most useless management company I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to speak to. Anna genuinely takes pleasure in being as rude and unhelpful as she possibly can. Unfortunately, I’ve had to speak with her a few times, and I look forward to the day I will never have to again.
