EWC Property Management

EWC Property Management has been consistently attentive. This has largely been due to the outstanding attention of Alessia George. In an industry where responsiveness and professionalism make all the difference, she represents this company in an exemplary manner. She is a gem! I can recommend EWC Property Management without reservation.

Uh Oh here we are yet again! The follow though of this management company is laughable. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone or through email and do absolutely nothing. We pay for snow removal and there is a large amount of snow that was plowed in front my parking space and my neighbor's. I understand that this wasn't plowed there by the company they hired, but I emailed them twice and called them several times to have our snow removal company move the snow. We are now on the 3rd day of this large amount of snow and Ice partially blocking our parking spaces. My HOA seriously needs to consider contracting a different management company.

I recently had an outstanding experience with E.W.C. Property Management while working on a co-op loan. The team, particularly Ashley Pennington, was incredibly helpful and efficient. I needed to gather a large number of documents, and they provided everything I required in a remarkably prompt manner. Ashley was a pleasure to work with—she was both prompt and professional, ensuring the entire process went smoothly. I highly recommend their services. This is a well-deserved five-star review for an excellent team!

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. What an absolute nightmare of a management company. Louise is hands down the NASTIEST human being I have ever crossed paths with in my entire life. They’ve not only HARASSED ME for over a year about nonsensical bookkeeping issues on their end, but once realizing THEY are to blame they refuse to take any responsibility … no wonder they’ve yet again lost a contract with another HOA. Buyer beware ! If these guys are your “property management” company prepare for LIVING HELL !
