sam was the best! she helped me and my boyfriend through the whole process & got everything done super quick. she answered all our questions, gave us a nice tour, and was really sweet & motivated the whole time. we really appreciate her help! would definitely recommend leasing your apartment with her 10/10

Omg!!!! I love the property and I love the office staff that helped me I believe her name was Sam she had great things to say about the property. It seemed that any question that I had about prices and availability she was able to quickly answer them. She even told me about the schools in the area. She is definitely a keeper 10/10 for her customer service and professionalism.

As someone that has been looking to move out on their own I was super nervous. However, Samantha has been a great person to work with for the whole process. Not living local yet I feel she has went above and beyond with the questions I have had via phone and email. She has sent pictures to me and even FaceTimed so I could get a better visual before I made the in-persin visit myself since I would have to travel a good distance. I'm grateful she took the time and talked to me on a personal level about the apartment and the whole process. I look forward to moving in soon as I move in the area.

I really don’t do bad reviews but something has to be said about this. I recently moved out after completing my 12 month lease. Never late on the rent and I purchased to garages. Never a complaint although there were a few times I could have, but I get it. It’s an apartment complex. This review has to do with the leasing manager “Maria”. VERY MEAN! After moving out and returning my keys I asked if we could walked the apartment and she said no. It not like they were short staffed. Everyone was on deck and only one customer in the office. I told her I really would appreciate if we could, because I’ve been burned before. She still said no. Lo and behold today I get an email with my final charges and I have $150 DEEP CLEANING fee attached. After calling and speaking with her, the response was
