Evolve @ Arboretum Apartment Homes

I lived here for almost 2 years and the entire time the management has been amazing. The units are a great size and are priced amazingly for where the apartments are located. Sometimes traffic in the area is a little unpleasant but generally there is no problem. If you are looking for a quiet apartment with great management and price you should definitely add Evolve to your list.

**UPDATE** Huge shoutout to the new manager Briana and assistant manager Ashley, they are such a dynamite team, and a blessing! They have really amped up a community feel here with events, doing lots to keep the area moving forward in updates, and all around are making big changes along with being so kind, and down to earth. I have loved living here! It’s quiet, safe and convenient in location, too! They remodeled all the cabinets, faucets and countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms! Now the vibe is very modern and nice - love it! Maintenance and office staff are helpful and quick! I’m so happy I found this place!

Very horrible experience while being on this property. I own a cleaning business and have had clients at this complex before no issue. On Jan 28th I had a client who needed a MOVEOUT clean done on her unit before handing over the keys. She sent me a text around noon stating that she would be leaving the door unlocked for my team and I. We arrived around 2:30 to the door being locked. So I contacted my client and she was confused. But said she would come and unlock the door, just needed to excuse herself from work for a sec. I decided to wait in my car and eat my lunch while I wait for her. While waiting a man with a scruffy beard(looked kinda homeless) walks up to my car and knocks on my window. He said he was maintenance and asked what i was doing on the property. Went on tour today looking for a 1bedroom home and met a Wonderful lady named “Ashley “ She was great ,provided a lot of information about the property, she loves her job and the people that she meets. Sadly she informed me that she’s a temp and doesn’t know if she will continue to be here. Keep her, She the best!!!

I cannot express enough how amazing the team is here! From maintenance to management there was never a single worry about anything ever getting fixed because they are the best of the best. I have lived in many apartments but never have felt more at home than I did at this complex and a lot of that is owed to the management team Brianna and Ashley. Everything is kept clean and well maintained to have the best living experience possible. I would easily recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home.
