Evoke Living at Eastland Yards

This is a brand-new, 55+ development and the apartments are gorgeous and outfitted with the highest quality everything; granite counters in kitchens and bathrooms, huge islands, enough kitchen cupboards and drawers for a family of six, walk-in closets, washer/dryer hookups, garbage disposals, and carpeted bedrooms. They are also income-based. I love living here!!! There are also out and indoor sitting areas, a community room with a huge TV, a lounge and a gym. I haven't used it, but I believe there's also a computer room, and the manager, office person and maintenance are all great! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently moved into Evoke Living, and I am truly loving it. Sherise and Phil make an outstanding team. Sherise has been such a blessing, supporting me through my transition and ensuring everything went smoothly. My work orders have been addressed the same day, which I really appreciate. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, peaceful, and quiet. I truly admire the way Sherise manages the community.

Living at Evoke Eastland Yards is a truly positive experience. The community has a warm, welcoming feel, and the other residents are friendly and kind — it really feels like a neighborhood, not just a place to live.The building is gorgeous, the grounds are well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. It’s clear that care is taken to keep everything clean, safe, and comfortable. Plus, the amenities make everyday living feel just a bit more special. It’s a great place to call home!

I have enjoyed my residency at Evoke since moving in! The staff and maintenance are very polite and courteous! It a very clean and safe place to live! I’m always referring friends and acquaintances to apply! I look forward to future activities and social events and my new friends!
