This complex is amazing, if you have any issues Kelley and Macey are here to help you! Always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any concerns. Kelley we appreciate you so much, really like you…clear she genuinely care about the residents. 🥰The maintenance manager Fred and Josias are wonderful 🫶🏻 I absolutely love living at this apartment complex! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels like home. What truly makes this place stand out are the people who work here — they’re amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better place to live! Highly recommended.

I’ve had a great experience living at Evo Apartments. The complex itself is clean, modern, and has really nice amenities that make it a great place to live. What really stood out to me was the management, especially Kelley Kindsfater. She went above and beyond to help me and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find management that genuinely cares, and Kelley definitely does. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Nadia during my move in process. We only viewed two apartments, and I ultimately chose this one because of how incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuine she was. This isn't my first time moving into an apartment, so I'm very familiar with the entire process but I honestly couldn't believe how smooth and easy everything was this time around. The application fees were the most affordable I've ever encountered, and the cherry on top was receiving a month of free rent! From start to finish, everything felt stress-free and well-organized. I'm so happy I chose to move here. The entire staff seems super helpful, which I truly appreciate, especially after dealing with careless agents in the past. Absolutely beautiful amazing apartments . Had the cutest cafe and small shopping market with impressive hard to find products at a very affordable price . Kayla gave me a tour and her professionalism is astonishing. I enjoy being on property there , always a pleasant atmosphere

I wish I could give zero stars for this apartment complex, but let me save you the trouble of looking here. Was sold on the idea of all the amenities, half the time I lived here the sauna, jacuzzi, and pools weren’t open/in working condition. The roof of the clubhouse especially wasn’t open most of the calendar year. They’ve had unwarranted guests in the recreation area, and to no help of the security staff, multiple vandalism incidents occurred during my residency. To top it all off, when you aren’t up to date on your registration, they’ll personally call a tow service (their best friends) to tow your car. There was about half the people that stayed here that had their cars towed, ask ANYONE. Lastly (and not the type of lastly you save for the best) when you move out get ready for them to
