We have a leak that appears to be coming from our roof and the owner of the company that changed our roof in 2019 has not been responsive. We therefore contacted Mr. George Lopez, a home inspector recommended by the realtor who helped us buy our house 25 years ago. George was very prompt to come to the house and inspect our roof to try to locate the leak. He is friendly, seems very knowledgeable and responded to many of my questions. He was very thorough in his inspection and prepared a comprehensive report which highlights the probable cause of the leak, as well as other issues that could become problematic if not taken care of soon. He made several recommendations to fix them. We have now shared this report with the roofer with a copy to George who has offered to discuss the report with

George is a thorough inspector who is easy to talk to and takes the time to answer questions and explain what he sees. Very knowledgeable and provided a detailed report with pictures within 48 hours. I would recommend him and use him again.
