Do Not Move Here. I have been patient. I have extended grace. I have communicated concerns respectfully and repeatedly. At this point, however, the ongoing issues at this complex are not minor inconveniences — they are serious safety and sanitation failures. 1. Security is essentially nonexistent. The gates do not function reliably — in fact, most of the time they do not function at all. The exterior doors are routinely unlocked. This is marketed as a gated community, yet it is openly accessible to anyone at any time. When my father visited for less than 24 hours, his truck was broken into. I recently toured the apartments in my area, seeking a more upscale living space. These apartments not only boast an inviting atmosphere and ample space, but the staff is equally impressive. Ms. Alandra Brito and Ms. Kassidy Legington were exceptional in guiding me through the property. Their upbeat and playful demeanor, coupled with their professionalism and work ethic, exceeded my expectations. They provided comprehensive information, ensuring that my tour was memorable. These ladies truly went above and beyond in informing me about the property. Excellent job, ladies!

I’ve had an overall okay experience living here, but I want to be transparent for anyone considering moving in. I’ve submitted multiple service requests (2–3 times) regarding cockroaches in my apartment. Maintenance has come out and sprayed each time, but the issue has continued. While I appreciate that they responded to the requests, the problem has not been resolved long-term. If pest control and cleanliness are important factors for you when choosing a place to live, I would strongly recommend taking this into consideration.

I moved here in 2024 and though every complex has its own challenges, I must say I genuinely love living here. I have felt very safe and anything needing maintenance has been dealt with swiftly. The office staff are genuinely so helpful too. There were some hiccups with internal communication, but they are eager to resolve them and help! The new management has been helpful in cleaning up the comms as well. Shoutout to Joel for practicing great management skills and continuing to improve the resident experience here!

The trash in front of my apartment has not been collected for over a month. Since the trash collection staff was replaced, the new workers seem to selectively pick up only the garbage they choose to take. I honestly don’t understand why the apartment stopped assigning the previous worker. He was diligent, responsible, and did his job thoroughly. Now the current staff only takes what they want. So who is responsible for the remaining trash? Does the apartment arrange additional staff to clean up what is left behind?This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. —— UPDATES: This apartment complex is honestly very difficult to understand.
