We absolutely love living here! The property is consistently clean and well-maintained. The maintenance team is incredibly efficient and they solve any issue within one business day. Additionally, the front office staff is always professional, kind, and helpful. We also love having our own personal garage where we can store all of our items and Holiday decorations. Every year, we have the option to move into a house, but we ultimately choose to renew because our experience here has been so nice and unproblematic. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a really good experience with Evergreen Mahan so far. The staff is genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference. Anytime I’ve needed a repair, it was handled quickly and without hassle. I also like that you can report issues through the app—it’s super convenient and keeps everything organized. The property being gated adds peace of mind, and the location is great, close to everything but still quiet. Overall, it’s been a smooth and stress-free place to live, and the staff really makes it stand out.

Safe, quiet, and clean! Coming up on 3 months living here and I couldn't be happier; moving here from The Riley off of High Rd, this is a complete 180. If you're looking for a calm living space, this place is just perfect. The management team is always friendly and helpful; Shannon & Jeremiah assisted me with the whole application process and are always available to help current residents. I have yet to hear a peep from my neighbors whom I share a wall with (except when they introduced themselves when I moved in!) and there have been zero bugs, mold, or other issues. Appliances work perfectly & maintenance has been very quick and kind when I put in a request -- thank you Rob! I have not experienced a single issue with this apartment unit or complex, which is so rare for a college town! Eve

I’ve lived here a little over half a year, and have enjoyed every second of it! With being new to Tallahassee, the staff was very welcoming and helpful during the signing and move-in process. The complex is really nice and spacious. When issues do arise, the staff is extremely accommodating and helpful in a timely manner. The amenities, such as the community pool and gym, are very nice as well! Highly recommend.

I’ve lived here for about two years now and have truly loved calling this place home. The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the leasing office and maintenance staff are always communicative, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever anything comes up. The amenities are a big plus—especially the pool and gym—but one of my favorite features is how cat-friendly the apartments are. The screened-in porches are amazing and let my cats safely enjoy some outdoor time, which has been such a bonus for us. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here, and I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live.
