Evergreene Homes at Preston Lake

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Evergreen Homes. I encountered several issues with the water line to my home. The builder does not back items after the 2-year warranty even though I had two water line leaks. I simply asked for assistance with the bill and their response is as follows: "I Wanted to deliver this message from Evergreen Homes upper-management concerning your request. Unfortunately, issues resulting from soil compaction over time are not considered warranty defects nor indicative of substandard construction practices. Our industry standard two-year warranty on latent defects expired back in 2019. Considering the fact that you are the second owner of the house and that the house is 8-years old at this point, there’s no way to verify the exact service h

I’ve just completed my first year in my home that Evergreene built in Preston Lake. They have been great to work with. Their home warranty is wonderful and they have repaired any issues that I found after moving in. I would recommend looking at them for your new home.

Ryan Taylor and Andrew Bono made buying my first home so easy and smooth. They went above and beyond and answered all of the questions I had. I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with them during this process!

Wonderful community, horrible quality home. Still fixing their mistakes after only 5 years. Gas leaks since construction, unfinished ceilings, garage separating from foundation, replacing hot water tank do to faulting plumbing., leaking water lines, sinking fence and cracked ceilings.
