Such a great experience overall. The management team here is truly amazing. Angela, Kirby, and Octavia have been wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful as I prepare for my move-in. I am looking forward to using the gym and the art studio on site! I also love the location. There are so many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby!

Been living here for about 4-5ish months now and all i can say is that we all wish the old management was back. Yes they had a few flaws but nothing compared to this new management. #1 we were told that new management would be coming in after the original management and the employees left, so there was no one to answer questions, or complaints for about a week after the switch, but they were more than happy to let us know how to pay this month. #2 since the new management there has been a temporary person at the front after a week from the old management leaving which to me is only there to tell me that new staff are being trained so the issues i'm having will be resolved one they come in & also so they can collect rent. #3 it's an absolute scam that we have to pay for garbage and pest con

I just moved into the building in the last month or so. So far things are pretty decent. Very nice amenities and the location is great for mills 50 things. Angela was fantastic in the move in process. Super helpful and communicative. She made the process much easier. Hopefully things stay good!
