Evergreen Lenox Park

I moved into Evergreen Lenox Park apartments at the end of January 2026. Before I made the decision to move, I had the opportunity to both meet with and speak to Valeria and December. Their help and assistance in answering any questions that I had about the place over the phone and from a tour, as well as providing me with information to help me move-in, left me with a great, lasting impression about deciding to live here. I appreciate them, and as a result of that first impression I have been enjoying my stay. I recommend the place to anyone who is looking for a secure community where the onsite staff are communicative with their residents.

I’ve lived at this apartment community for the past 5 years, and overall it has been a great experience. The property is well-maintained, and management has consistently been responsive and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, which is something I really value.

I have been an Evergreen resident for 6 months. Ms. December greeted me when I first came to check this place out and gave me a great tour! She is very nice and always happy to help. The maintenance crew is great and quick to jump on any issues (very few have come up). The property is connected to Lenox Park, which is a beautiful escape from the city. 4 stars because the buildings are 30 years old, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommended considering Evergreen at Lenox Park for your next home.

Since I first toured the property, the staff has been incredibly informative and thorough. A huge shout out to Ms. December !! Gave me THEE BEST tour! She was very knowledgeable and personable. She was a joy during the application and moving in process and continues to be a great resource and person! A huge shout out to the property manager Ken as well!! He was very welcoming as I toured and moved into the property. During my first week, I ended up having to reach out to maintenance due to guests causing the toilet to overflow. They responded almost immediately!! So thank you very much to them as well. And the location is the cherry on top. Super close to Lenox mall but very very very quiet neighborhood. I have to leave this review even though I haven't leased yet—Evergreen Lenox Park is a huge possibility and has completely changed my apartment search! I originally wasn't even looking at Evergreen, but I joined a friend's tour and was completely blown away. I am now seriously considering choosing one of the apartments in the new building…it is absolutely beautiful! What truly sets this community apart is the staff. The Property Manager Kenneth and the Leasing Agent December provided a flawless, professional, and welcoming experience. They gave us their full attention and never once seemed rushed or too busy.
