Living in this apartment complex in El Cajon has been a nightmare. Over the many years I've been here, I've witnessed countless issues that make this place one of the worst in the area. Firstly, the complex is plagued by homeless trespassing. They frequently gather in the parking lot, often throwing noisy parties late into the night, making it impossible to get any sleep. The management here are scammers. They are unethical and dishonest, constantly looking for ways to take more money from tenants without providing any real service. The manager, Marlina, is especially rude and lacks basic courtesy in her interactions. Most people who come to El Cajon and get referred to this complex end up regretting it. The reason this place even gets referrals is because no one wants to live here. Trash

Lived here going on a year and have nothing but good things to say about owner and management the place is well kept maintenance does their job they have a pool that they keep clean and well-maintained rose bushes everywhere fresh mulch is laid down all the time and it's a very pleasant place to live. Top Notch security to her name's Rosemary AKA my pitbull hahaha! Thanks 4 making my living situation as comfortable as possible.

Avoid This Place – Not Worth the Price This complex used to be called Evergreen Garden Apartments and is now Molison Papinc Apartments, but the name is the only thing that’s changed. Gates are always broken, and homeless people constantly come in and park in resident spots. Management is unresponsive or takes way too long to reply. No individual water meters. Everyone splits the bill for the entire complex—including laundry water (which we already pay to use) and the pool (that many don’t use). So we’re basically paying twice. Only one laundry room works. The other has been broken and unsafe for over a year. AC barely cools, heater is weak, and the furnace is outdated—maybe around 10 years old but feels older. This rental complex is a nightmare. The units and stairways are filthy, and most importantly, the management is rude and unresponsive, and maintenance requests are ignored. The amenities are broken, and security is nonexistent. unless your an immigrant with no credit established and the resettlement agency places you, please save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. As a former 2 year resident of this complex, I suggest you to avoid this place and there are other places in El Cajon where you can rent 2 bedroom unit with same rent you're about to pay for 1 unit bedroom here. Picture says a lot of words!!! Choice is yours, so choose wisely.

Marlina Gleeson Is Unethical and dishonest this company are true scammers be carful when moving in takes pictures l, and when moving out! They have properties all over one in Chula Vista on 381 Moss Street! They dint charge water until you move out them they try and take your deposit! But I ask three times for water bills but the manager Marlina Gleeson stared there wasn’t one! I had been rented from this company (OLIVE INVESTMENT Marlina Gleeson/ Susan) for about 3 years 4 years no problems until I have my 60 day notice and if I didn’t love the house I would of been moved. I decided to move but I’m writing this post to people who might think about renting from this company to think twice! I’m experienced things and witness the what they have treated pervious tenants, who warned us!!!!!!!
