EverGreen Club Apartment

I was approved to move in about a month and a half ago. The staff provided plenty of valuable tools and information to help set up my move-in and answered all my questions succinctly and clearly. I am doing the proper move-in now, and so far, the staff has been very accommodating (they even supplied a small goodie/toiletry bag); the place was very clean when I came in here (sans a few kitchen drawers needing a tad more vacuuming), they installed a brand new toilet seat, and so far, you can’t hear any neighbors making noise in their apartments. I wish they had provided some lamp for my living room, as until I buy one, it gets dark pretty quickly. I talked to one of the neighbors yesterday, and her experiences have also been glowing, reassuring me, since this is my first real place on my own

Received my keys and a nice little welcome bag at the office on Monday. The staff was so nice and friendly. I went to the apartment and it was very clean with new carpets. I love the layout and plan on spending many years here.

When I moved in my plan was to be here for 1-2 years. 11years later I’m still here and very happy. The on site maintenance man & the office staff make it easy to love it here. I’ve seen other apartments and boooy I am lucky to be here & not planning on leaving!

Westover is such a great company!! Manny at Evergreen Club is so wonderful, they complete maintenance requests extremely timely and the leasing office team is so great to work with. Highly recommend looking at Westover to make living arrangements!
