Sales people are very nice. Location near USF and major highways. Surrounded by mobile homes and felt like industrial area. Buyer agents are falsely advertising as the school comes under Dr C Kiran Patel high school. Please note, both TCMS and Kiran C Patel Schools are lottery only, no area preference given.
