I stopped by Evergreen today, not thinking I would be impressed. BUT believe me when I say I was very impressed. Madison quickly greeted me when I entered the office, and did an exceptional job of presenting the information about the apartments and the complex as a whole. She did a fabulous job of answering my questions and then did an incredible job of showing me around several different apartments allowing me to see multiple options available. I am extremely impressed with the quality shown in the apartments and the consideration given by Madison as she gave me her full time and attention - amazing customer service skills!! Evergreen is now on the top of my list for my search of apartments.

The area where the complex is located is very comfortable for living. Everything is within walking distance. If you don't have a car, this is an ideal option. The company changes air filters only after you contact them. If you don't contact them, they don't change them at all. We learned about this feature, asked for a replacement, and they replaced it. They said the air filter lasts for one month. A month later, I contacted the company again. A technician came and said the filter was excellent and didn't need to be replaced. The waste disposal unit in our apartment is very old and unusable. The dryer is working very poorly. To dry the laundry, you have to run the drying cycle four times. Each drying cycle takes 60 minutes. We called a technician, and the technician said everything was fi
