I have live here for many years love the place because its close to everything. But I am trying to figure out who hiring these managers because they doing a horrible job this place getting worse by the second with all this money we spend on rent after a hard day work do we need to come home to nonsense management don't care i put a work order in one week now.my stove coil burn out call the office manager she said we have 100 unit that have maintenance problems she will get to me.this is the weekend and office is close my family won't have a hot meal because I have no stove.. I hope one day they will find a good manager. So many things wrong with this place people smoke in the building people get drunk and just mess your car up no security this my third vehic

My life turned upside down on october 20th at 1:36 a.m. when my mommy passed away. it was at that time that i needed to start looking for place that i would now call home. I was referred over to melissa from one of her current tenants when i called it was like i heard an angel on the other end of the phone. From the moment that we started speaking about the apartment at evergreen apartments until this present time she has been so empathetic respectful during the most difficult time of my life. when i went to look at the apartment it's amazing so beautiful the floor plan is amazing exactly what i was looking for and i didn't even know it. The tenants are quiet the property is very clean and melissa is definitely one of a kind. i think it's so very important that when we're treated well that

When you try to call the listed number, you just get weird dial up tones then hung up on. I have tried calling multiple times on different days at different times with the same result. Couldn't reach them through the website either. I tried going in-person and was told by a resident that they don't even have a leasing office at their property. So why is there a sign in the complex that says "Leasing Office" and points to an empty corner of the property??? So confusing, they really need to figure some things out.

Manager is great, easy to work with.
