I absolutely love living here! The neighbors are so kind, and there are always fun events happening. I check the EverBe app daily for activities like yoga and swim aerobics, and I’m excited about upcoming events like the candle-making class, poolside karaoke, and movie night. My son has made so many friends, and I’m so happy we chose a community not just a home. With the trails, gym, and pool, this place encourages a healthier lifestyle. I feel truly grateful to live here. So far, my husband has lost 40 lbs and I’ve lost 20, all thanks to the opportunities around us and we’ve made so many new friends along the way. I had a great construction manager Joe Harrigan, he went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process, and that I moved in to a perfect home knowing my whereabouts. Ryan K was my sales person and I’ve met other companies salespeople before but those showed no caring or any interest on me because I wasn’t sure I want to buy within a community, Ryan and my realtor Rosa, understood my concerns, spent the time to answer all my questions, treated me with respect and appreciation, and they proved me wrong! What a beautiful neighborhood this is! Relocating from Los Angeles, my wife and I found the perfect neighborhood to call home.
