This is our second time working with Nicole and it certainly will not be the last. She is personable, hard-working and is true to her word. She consistently has her client's best interest in mind. Nicole was unprofessional, fear-driven, and let the chaos of her personal life affect her interaction with me as a client. She refused to provide her own Hold Harmless Statement for viewers at an Open House, insisted on being part of the Seller’s (which my lawyer refused to allow) and then bailed out of our contract. After her initially effusive can-do acting job, which sold me on her services, she transformed into her shadow self, even leaving my keys in a shopping cart outdoors! If you value your sanity, don’t work with this person.

John Gifford did an outstanding job for me when I was in search of a new home. I tried a pair of other realtors prior to connecting with John. The other 2 realtors from a different company were disappointing. John is extremely dependable also would follow up weekly with phone calls. The others never called me, I had to call them. John was the only realtor that I felt put my interests first. He is very diligent and thorough. Thanks again
