Do not live here (1) At move in they make you pay an $1,000 elevator use deposit. Clearly against NY State law. I raise this to them over email and get a threatening phone call that if I don't leave a check for $1,000 with the front desk they will cancel my lease and not let me move in one day ahead of my move in. (2) Lease says they will put security deposit ($8,000) into an account which pays interest. They put it with "First Republic" ??? closed over a year before I moved in. They then send a fake looking screenshot for a JP Morgan bank account in Oklahoma which pays exactly 0%. Pretty confident they are just taking the ~$300-400 a year in interest and pocketing it for themselves. (3) Moved in and AC/heat unit was broken. Took them 6 months to repair the wall unit. They brought me a

EVE is an awesome building. The staff from the doormen/women to the repair to management are all amazing people. The roof is beautiful as is the gym and neither are ever really crowded. Overall 10/10.

I moved in three months ago and so far I am completely satisfied in every way… 🫶🏻👍🏻👌🏼

I came to visit my girlfriend who lives here, and the quality of living is absolutely excellent.🫶🏻 Services, cultural facilities and social amenities are above average and the location is completely safe. I haven't encountered anything that would have a negative impact on me.

I love Eve, I love the staff and the building. Very well maintained. The area is a fun, hip area and I love it!
