I just moved here and I absolutely love it! The location is in the heart of midtown, which is perfect because I can walk everywhere that I need! Grocery stores, gym, and the design district right in my backyard! The move-in process went so smooth. Luis helped me with my entire move in process. His professionalism, quick response time, and patience did not go unnoticed. Don’t over-look the pool area. I’ve been spending lots of time catching rays there since no buildings are blocking it. Eve at the District is not your typical noisy apartment building when you think of “Miami.” It’s clean, quiet, and the community & staff is great. The 24hr concierge is also a +! So far; feels like a great home!
