Evans Properties

Mr. Evans comes off like he is a man of God but I will warn you he the worse I have ever seen on managing properties. Repairs never get taken care of and he will lie to you in your face . He not to be trusted . I have never had to give a review like this but it is very necessary. Do your walk through and put everything in writing or he will not do it .

Called them up about a property, I asked the lady if I could come get the key to look at the place and she said sure. Needless to say 30 minute drive later.. I get to the office and she says they don't have the key & the property wouldnt be availbe until the 16th.

Wonderful people to rent from very nice and understanding.. love them over at Evans
