This is a highly unethical and unprofessional realtor. Steve showed our property to a client whose brother knew us as the owner. At the showing, the client said that Steve was glassy-eyed and smelled of alcohol. During the walk through, he stumbled into a credenza and broke a statuette. Apparently, he didn't realize they saw him, so he stuffed the pieces inside. Later, he told me the clients broke it. Steve is a disturbed and unethical man.
