Evander Square Apartments

We really enjoy living at Evander Square Apartments. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything we need. One of the things we appreciate most is how calm and peaceful the community is. The property is clean, and the apartments are well designed, with great layouts and good equipment. We also love the community gatherings that happen every couple of weeks, they create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. It’s a wonderful place for families with children. The school bus stop is very close, which makes mornings much easier. The kids love the hot chocolate at the office, and they especially enjoy the lawn at the clubhouse where they can run and play. I consider myself lucky to have lived at Evander Square during my years in Celebration. The front office staff, management, and maintenance team are all friendly and helpful and it’s clear they care about the community. The landscaping is well maintained year round, they often power wash the sidewalks and the buildings, and have refreshed many parts of the community as it began to show signs of aging. They work hard to maintain a standard. It’s a safe place to live. No crime, vandalism, or porch pirates (but mis-deliveries are a common occurrence). Neighborhood kids play in the several small parks. Food trucks every week. Picturesque dog walks on the boardwalk and in the surrounding neighborhoods. Yasmin Zelaya is an outstanding leasing agent - the best I've dealt with. She is friendly, explained the entire leasing process before any paperwork was signed, and was able to address all of my questions/concerns promptly. She took the time to get to know me and every interaction I had with her throughout the year I lived there was enjoyable! As for the apartment and community itself, I liked living at Evander Square. I believe I had only 1 or 2 issues initially, but Evander's maintenance staff resolved them quickly (the maintenance staff was also very nice and personable). The community is quiet, clean, and felt completely safe. I would lease again with Evander Square!

I’ve lived at Evander Square about 4 months now. The upkeep is perfect from the landscaping to the public areas. All residents I’ve met have been friendly and respectful of each other. All the staff have been responsive and helpful although I’ve had hardly anything needing help with!

Ali Gonzalez is the absolute best to work with. She was so helpful and amazing. She took us on a tour, helped us find the best deal for us, and made the entire move in process as easy as possible. I highly recommend working with Ali if you get the chance. Thank you so much!
