Evaline Apartments

I just wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance guys at Evaline Apartments. They are really awesome. I can't say how much I appreciate Antonio and Jaime. They are prompt and knowledgeable and very friendly. They always say "hi" and pet my dog. As for repairs and things needing done in the apartment-they absolutely know what they are doing. I have had to call them for a variety of issues and they always get the job done. I'm not sure I know the third guy, Jairo...but I think he worked on the A/C issue I had earlier in the year. 10 out of 10! Would recommend!

Jairo went above and beyond while assisting me in my unit and truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely professional, respectful, and attentive. He took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled properly and efficiently. Jairo’s attention to detail and pride in his work were very obvious. He didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about doing the job right and making residents feel comfortable and taken care of. He recently took care of an issue with my thermostat, changed the filter, and made sure everything was working perfectly. He’s always attentive, kind, and truly reliable. I’m very grateful for his help!

Maintenance team is awesome, but Jairo Mejia goes above and beyond. He is very quick and knows what he’s doing. 1000% recommended Jairo!
