Ethridge Townhomes

Peak Property Management makes this a 1*. They half way fix anything, have no communication or warning for anything. Had our car towed because the night before late night They decided they were going to replace the parking lot. No email warning just a paper placed on a pole. They also will take all your deposit even though you left apartment clean. Unreal move out expectations as well even though you clean it They still charge u almost 700 in cleaning fee. I have nothing good to say about who runs it here. It was far better with the previous Management company. I'd read the find print before leasing with Peak Property.

I come threw these apartments everyday n I remember when they first were showing them how Nice they looked and I remember they weren’t cheap, but now going threw the apartments it looks like a ghetto in some areas. Trash everywhere, big pieces of chalk on the sidewalks, some one is going to fall one day n break something from the chalk, junk outside the doors it’s really disgusting, also from 5 th street it looks like People literally throw their junk over the fence and let somebody else pick up their mes, Big dog poop everywhere. For as much money as u pay to live there I would think u would have some pride on how u live! Pictures included So now mothes later i walk with my dog and almost get hit by a car that didn't see me due to non working street lights ... U really need to get these

They love to kick you for no reason. Never have maintenance come in to fix stuff, even if you put it on your walk through list and then take your security deposit for what needed to be fix when you first move in. Never answer phone calls nor return your calls back. Ï HIGHLY WOULD NO RECOMMEND MOVE TO THIS PLACE.

Nice for the most part except vehicles parked in the trash stalls instead of trash containers. Also kids riding by hitting parked cars. Aside from that they are very nice townhomes. My daughter & her family lives here & it's nice to visit
