Estrella Gateway Apartments

We just started our process to move out and before things get too hectic I wanted to make sure to leave a review. We moved in a year ago in a rush after our move to another complex fell through. The office staff got us a lease the day after we toured and we moved in within a week. They were absolutely incredible! We've had quite a few minor, but inconvenient maintenance issues arise (it seems to be our unfortunate luck) and maintenence has always been on top of it. Everyone is very pleasant to work with as well. The only pest issue we have had was a single scorpion and they had people out the same week, never saw another thankfully. I had a choice of apartments to pick from and I picked Estrella Gateway apartment’s moving from Kansas City, Missouri. The staff was excellent friendly most of all caring which lowing my stress levels . The office staff Helping me with getting all setup for my new life Journey. Upon my arrival, the staff continued to help with set up and make things so easy for me and made it fill like home. Anything I needed they were there to helped assist me with. I am so glad that I picked this apartment complex. I love my new apartment.

Julissa at Estrella made my entire application and move-in process so easy and stress-free! She was so helpful and professional every step of the way. On move-in day, her assistant manager Darnell was also very friendly and kind, which made the experience even better. I absolutely love my new apartment — the community is beautiful, and we’re excited to enjoy all the amazing amenities here. Thank you both for making everything go so smoothly!

They deserve no stars. If you're considering moving here, just don't! It looks nice and that's because all the care goes into the front office and stops there. I was here for almost 2 years without any problems, but just recently I had to move out of my inhabitable roach infested apartment after waiting for over a month for pest control to be sent out. I pay for the service by the way every month in my rent fees. I had to go down to the office and ask for an update weeks after my request. They finally sent him out and when I talked to him, he said he's at the complex every week!!! Why then did it take a month for them to direct him to me??! My guess is nobody put my request in. Meanwhile in that month I stopped using my kitchen because roaches were coming out of my sink, pantry, refrigerat

Lived here almost a year and management, maintenace are amazing! The apartment was like brand new upon move in with zero issues. Neighbors are great. Grounds are clean and location is perfect
