Esteban Park Apartments

I really enjoy living at this apartment. So far it’s been very well kept and the staff is attentive. It is a bit noisy if you don’t like children but this is a family complex and probably best if you live facing the parking if you don’t want to hear them playing at night. But the apartment is very roomy and feels like a small home rather than an apartment. Grounds are very clean and well kept. The maintenance staff get to work on orders fast. Plus all upgraded appliances! I would recommend this complex :)

Great vibe, units were clean and the pool area was great. 1st impression means everything and customer service by the manager Raelynn was great. Above and beyond, went out of her way made me feel at home.

I would like to personally thank Rayelynn and Bradley for their professionalism in helping one of my families moved into Esteban Park Apartments! They are phenomenal in communication and follow through in explaining all of the beautiful features of this apartment! I appreciate her and her phenomenal hardworking team!

Living at Esteban Park has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this complex is managed. From the very beginning, the rent was never what was agreed upon in the contract: every month there were additional charges and unjustified increases, with explanations that became more and more absurd to cover up the excessive fees. On top of that, there are serious structural problems: flooding inside the units, mold on the walls, and foul odors that make it very difficult—and unhealthy—to live here. Management changes constantly, which shows a complete lack of seriousness and organization. My move-in experience was more than anything I had hoped for. Kathy and David were both amazing and they made my move in experience a very smooth and swift transition. There customer service was one of a kind and they did more then just answer all of my questions and concerns, they tended to my every need. I definitely feel as though they deserve a lot recognition for there superb work effort and I highly recommend everyone to give these apartments a try.
