Estates on Frankford

First, the community feels more like a wildlife sanctuary. Raccoons, skunks, bunnies, and even snakes. You name it and they have it. We actually had a snake come into our bathroom through a gap under the wall. When we contacted the leasing office, they told us to handle it ourselves by calling animal control, who then said the landlord needed to contact them. Leasing office refused to take responsibility, and only after multiple follow-ups did someone come on day 5 to seal the gap. Until then, we had to seal off the bathroom and hope the snake didn’t come out. The amenities look good on paper, but don’t expect them to be usable. Estates on Frankford has been a great community for us to live in as roommates. The amenities have been wonderful, the area is very clean, and the whole place has a very pleasant aura overall. In particular, the leasing officers have been really helpful and understanding with us. We had faced some issues, and Sara and Tammy from the leasing office have gone out of their way to help us resolve them. We are eternally grateful, and will always recommend this community to others!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Estates on frankford, going on my 3rd year here and the leasing team is great but especially Tammy! She's always has a bright smile and great energy when I come by the office. She made my apartment transfer smooth & easy, thanks Tammy!!

I had a tour scheduled and arrived 15 minutes earlier. When I walked in she was on the phone a little greeting was fine. During the wait a White older man walks out of the gym and so she gets off of the phone to cackle with him over nothing as I wait to even be properly greeted. When he ends the conversation (she didn’t want to) she yells to him as I’m walking out “DONT EAT THE CURRY”. Honestly looking at Tammy I wasn’t surprised by her behavior. I was ready to go at that point but why make it easy for her, still made her walk to the apartment to view it.
