I love everything about the Estates.. the office staff is always welcoming. Patrice was phenomenal. When I first toured the Estates I wasn’t looking to move until top of the new year but after meeting Patrice and seeing the grounds I felt at home. I applied a week later and moved in the following week. Everything has been amazing so far and I can definitely see myself staying here for some time. Thank you Patrice and everyone in the office who answered all of my questions leading up to my move

Good morning to all first of all I would like to say the first visit to tour the property with a fantastic beautiful spirit by the name of Patreece she’s awesome ❤️ I think her manager name is John he’s awesome as well . Moved in July 1st and mind you moved in the exact same unit I fell in love with was available ❤️ what can I say my son and I are in love with this place , maintenance crew remarkable very professional timely , so far so good I’m a very transparent person and as you can tell with any place I visit if it’s horrible I will say if it’s mediocre I would say it but my experience has been a dream come true I’m in a 2 bed room 2 bath townhome with 2 car garage , as long as things continue to be good and I know it will not always be perfect but I have no plans on moving anytime soo

My experience here was fantastic—from the tour to the communication and the application process. Patrice is amazing! She’s always friendly, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. She genuinely cares about the residents and makes you feel welcome every time you interact with her. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and always goes the extra mile. Honestly, she deserves all the recognition. Hands down, a great experience with this complex—all thanks to Patrice!

Ive been living at this property for a month now and I can’t describe the level of peace I’ve experienced since being here. Everything from viewing the property to move in, to actually being a resident has been smooth. Starting with Patrice in the leasing office. She is amazing! She called me when a unit was available not knowing that I was still looking for a place. Afterwards, she answered my calls, responded to my many questions and she never made me feel like I was a burden. Most importantly, she kept me informed. So, thank you Patrice! The property is well maintained and quiet. I love the location of my unit and I also love how convenient the parking garage is to it. My unit is spacious and I like the color scheme. The maintenance team here is A1 and they are the nicest guys I’ve met
