Estates at Vista Ridge Apartments

I had a wonderful experience at Estates at Vista Ridge, thanks to Silvia and Seylin. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and such positive energy. They were extremely professional, listened attentively, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The property is beautiful and very well kept, and the staff truly makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend this community and especially Silvia and Seylin for their outstanding service.

This has really been the best apartment experience I have ever had. I usually like to wait until after I move out to write a review, but I just renewed my lease and love it here so much, I wanted to give a review. When I moved here, I moved from another very close apartment complex in Lewisville that was horrendous. My previous place was so bad, that I would have been happy with anything even slightly better than they were. But Estates has been above and beyond. First off, my apartment is a great price for what I'm getting. I have an attached garage, which I love. In the 8 months I've been here, I only saw one roach and I think he came in because it rained the night before. Pest control sprayed and no issues since. Pest control even came to remove a big waspy nest on my balcony.

Do not be deceived by the "new renovation" --- found out the hard way that they do that to cover hazardous imperfections and when you leave they will charge you for those imperfections so they can scam another renter. I fell in love the first time I saw the unit. It was "perfect" and then the cracks start to show after 2 months and the utility starts to charge us $300-400/month. I never had to pay this much in utilities but it was necessary because the unit can be 120+ degree hot in summer inside the unit because everything seeps in thru the cracks and THEY DON'T CARE. We even renewed our lease because we were promised they will take care of it. Poop is in front out our garage constantly and the smell will seep inside your garage it will make you want to gag. When I moved here from out-of state, I had my car registered with the office under my former state's plates. After I got my Texas plates this spring, I forgot to forward them the new info. It wasn't an issue until they towed my car without notice while I was visiting family for Thanksgiving. They claim to send out vehicle registration reminders weekly, but I haven't received anything like that since last Winter. With the timing around the holidays, the tow felt predatory. Either way, the towing company is $450 richer. Only positive thing I can say is that nothing was stolen from my car when I got it back from the run-down lot. I don't recommend anyone rent here.
