Wild unsupervised children running and screaming all over the place. Absolutely miserable. It's supposed to be a quiet place for low income and infirm seniors- not a daycare center for people illegally living in senior living facility. Run far away. I have never lived in such a horrible place. I am very ill and all the noise is ruining what is left of my life. Yesterday a child who is allowed to run the halls broke a precious vase of an elderly neighbor. This place was a lovely place before they allowed small children. Now it's Hell. Infirm seniors and small children allowed to roam freely is a recipe for disaster as we saw yesterday. We are all ill and just want to rest peacefully. Office doesn't deal with complaints so people never follow rules with zero consequences.

ITS sad but the reviews are true. I'm so tired of people not being concern and showing it. A new staff i thought was going to made a difference 🤔. First u tell the residences u take money orders for those who don't pay on line! I brought this 80 years old retired lady to pay her rent, oh we don't take money orders. OK, her number want work with Walmart what can she do? Answer, I don't know, well, neither does she. Oh well, she can go get a post office money order .Someone is contradicting themselves! What's the difference a money order is a document similar to US currency. Then u tell a resident he can only have one residence sticker, even though he has 2 cars where is it written in the Constitution? There's Been Changes Since My Last Review.. The Assistant Manager Dakota Is NOW Is Our Property Manager ☺️. And Now Things Are A Hundred Times Better 😄. There's Shining 🌟 Running The Facility. Good Things Do Come For Those Who Wait . Come By For A Visit 😉. Sometime there may be problems that can be corrected on a timely manner. But then there are occasions that it takes upto 3 days to fix . With no notices that things are being worked on.

Please do something about the people smoking cigarettes and pot in there cottages these cottages are small and thin walled my neighbor is always smoking and I can’t set in my living room or go to the bathroom that the smell is so strong
