Estates at New Albany Apartments & Townhomes

I can’t begin to tell you how much I love living here! Personally, the two biggest draws were the lack of restrictions on dog breeds and/or sizes (having 165lb Newfie) and being in New Albany school district. Other amazing bonuses include a private playground and dog park right next to each other, a private entrance to Blendon Woods, an on-site hand car wash station, valet trash three days a week, and the ability to paint my apartment wall walls. Finally— I can’t say enough good things about the office staff, especially Katie! She is so thorough, makes things so easy, everything from what you need to transfer school districts, what you need to do to activate the included Internet, help with maintenance request, Katie is your go to for Everything. AMA and LILLY did an amazing job and was very hands on making sure all my move in things.work was done. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. I’d recommend anyone coming in to work directly with him. Love his honesty. LILLY was very communicative and She has a bubbly personality that’s very welcoming. I personally enjoy the fact she’s always smiling and quick to resolve any unanswered questions or situations needing attention. She’s a doll. These two are great .

Before I moved to the estates I was one and done at every apartment I’ve ever been too. Leasing staff or maintenance staff were always a problem and there was no human element at all. This is my third lease here now because Zach runs his team with consistency and excellence. The agents are fast to communicate and problem solve with the residents experience at the front and center of their priorities and it shows. The maintenance team is professional and timely as well as personable. They don’t apply bandaids they fix problems. The units and grounds are extensively maintained with pride. This really is a wonderful place to live!

Absolutely worst place you could live. First, be aware that this rental community is used by the Connor group as a training site for new managers leading to very poor communication, lack of organization, and absolutely no integrity. They focus on numbers and will do and say what ever they have to in order to meet goals. They do not actually care about tenants or maintaining their responsibilities as landlords because they move on to another location within 3-6months. Live cockroaches and mice. Needed batteries replaced in all smoke detectors. Work order was marked complete but several were continuing to beep. Had to place another work order for them to fix this correctly. I must start by saying that the staff here at The Estates has been cooperative, respectful, and nothing but kind. Katie Smith wasted no time in getting our hot water heater replaced, after it was brought to her attention, and it is greatly appreciated! Tanner and Andy showed up within an hour of our request and finished the job efficiently and showed us the utmost respect in the process, much appreciated. All in all, a team of people here have been proactive and professional in the handling/completion of maintenance work orders. A big thanks to Katie, Lilly, Kate, Todd (who previously took great care of us and was nothing but patient/kind) Tanner, Andy, and Zack.
